Infrastructure  Strategy Planning

This approach builds up a multi-phase Project Planning and Consenting Strategy across a set of core milestones, to desired outcomes such as project consenting and ultimately to project construction and delivery.

Strategy Planning interweaves the evolving design of development with key enablers, such as consuiltation and engagement with statutory and non-statutory stakeholders, consideration of alternatives including alternative pathways through the consenting phase, environmental and technical assessments and decision-making, and good governance.

The outcome is a sustainable and robust development proposal, which has the potential for a successful consenting process, and presenting a clear and unburdened permitted development for subsequent construction.

Strategy Planning thereby allows for the delivery of strategic infrastructure development in a timely and sustainable timely and efficient manner, harnessing good planning practice with appropriate design and robust assessment.
